SHIPPING
We only ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Canada Post and Xpresspost.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will ship on Monday.
Note: Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to work, if we ship a parcel in the afternoon it might not reach a sorting facility until the following morning and be scanned into their system, etc.
If a trace is filed, shipping services will conduct an investigation, which can take up to two weeks to complete.
Once the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if shipping service is unable to locate your package we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge, or offer you Points equal to the dollar value of your missing package and re-send your order with free express shipping.
