The truffles microdosing twin pack arrived this morning in perfect condition. They took longer to turn up this time but that was my fault,I didn’t use the preferred payment method so took longer to process. Tldr: Order# 286467 was a good experience. Had multiple back and forth emails with support making sure I had done everything correctly as this was my first bank transfer ever. Will update review on if I receive product. If you live in usa there is small chance customs will confiscate your delivery but their website states they have high success rates. I was skeptical about purchasing over the internet and also with a bank transfer. I emailed them before receiving my confirmation, and asked if I had done it correctly, and received an email the next business day. I provided pictures of my transfer (you have to put your order number in the memo area so they can track your payment). I spoke back and forth with Alice who helped make sure I had completed the transaction. Alice then sent me my confirmation email once payment had been received, and I just want to say I had a good experience overall. Will order here again if and when I need to. Wish me luck on my package arriving safely.

Tracking e-mail arrived a bit late but I had asked and they replied after it had been already sent out. Alice in customer service was helpful but as I said my issue had already been settled by the time of reply. One thing I would say is tracking seemed to be ahead of schedule, this doesn’t affect me but might affect others. Absolutely no complaints on this fantastic service. Came in discreet packaging as well. 10/10 would definitely buy from again and will be buying from again.
