Arrived today with a small gift which was welcome on my first order. Only grumble is the length of time the order took to process and deliver. I ordered on 22nd December and immediately I got payment instructions got a bank transfer going (within the European mainland, euro account etc). Ok so it was 3 days away from Xmas when the money must have landed but I was polite and did write to ask when it might receive delivery. Was advised on 30th that payment was received (sent on 23rd) and on 7th Jan that the order would be processed soon. Well this was eventually sent for dispatch on 11th and received on 13th, So what to say really; disappointed at the length of time it took, although it was Xmas. On the plus side they since explained the delay away so will reorder as needed and good product.
